Cancellation Policy

We keep cancellation terms as fair and predictable as our pricing. Different service types carry different windows because of the deposits and chauffeur commitments involved.
Standard Rides (Sedan & SUV)
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup. Cancellations within 24 hours are charged 50% of the quoted fare. No-shows are charged in full.
Sprinter Van
Free cancellation up to 72 hours before pickup. Cancellations within 72 hours are charged 50%. Cancellations within 24 hours are charged in full.
Weddings & Multi-Vehicle Events
A non-refundable retainer of 25% secures the fleet. Free cancellation up to 14 days before the event date, minus the retainer. Cancellations within 14 days are charged in full.
Airport Delays
You are never charged for airline delays. Flight tracking is automatic and the chauffeur schedule is adjusted at no additional cost.
How to Cancel
Cancel by calling our 24/7 concierge line or by replying to your confirmation email. Cancellations are acknowledged in writing.
