These terms govern your use of PrimeClass Services services. By booking a ride, requesting a quote, or otherwise engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Reservations & Confirmation
A reservation is confirmed only after you receive a written confirmation from us. Verbal quotes are not binding until confirmed in writing.
Payment
We accept major credit cards. Payment is authorized at the time of booking and captured on completion of the ride. Corporate accounts may be invoiced under separate arrangement.
Conduct in the Vehicle
Smoking, illegal substances, and behavior that endangers the chauffeur or vehicle are strictly prohibited. Excessive cleaning fees and damage repair costs will be billed to the reserving party.
Delays & Waiting Time
Complimentary waiting time is included for airport pickups (linked to flight tracking). Additional waiting time outside of airport arrivals is billed in 15-minute increments.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including weather, road closures, or acts of authority.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Middlesex County, Massachusetts.
